With headquarters in Buffalo, NY on the shore of Lake Erie, just steps from the downtown district. We cross international borders with our satellite office in Ottawa, Canada, and nearly half of our staff is in remote locations across the United States. Our Buffalo and Ottawa teams have freedom to work remotely, as well! Our technology and close-knit collaborative projects keep us in touch, no matter where we are.

Matt Leardini

President

Matt Leardini was appointed President of iMDS in January 2022. Matt joined the Portal and Advertising segment in 2006 leading revenue, development, advertising products, yield management, publisher account management, and ad operations. Matt holds an MBA degree in Strategic Management from Niagara University and BS/BA in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University.

Gabor Vida

VP, Engagement Solutions

Gabor Vida is the VP of Engagement Solutions, overseeing our Engagement Products and Operations portfolio. Prior to joining our Company, Gabor was the founder and CEO of an award-winning product consultancy, Teknision, which was acquired by the Portal and Advertising segment in 2013. Gabor holds an Advertising and Marketing Communications Management degree from Algonquin College.

Nick Fuest

VP, Finance & Business Affairs

Nick Fuest is the VP of Finance & Business Affairs where he leads the finance, accounting, and business intelligence teams for iMDS. Prior to joining our Company, Nick served multiple advertising strategy, operations, and finance roles with Synacor from 2007 to 2021. Nick holds an MBA degree in Strategy and Operations and a BS degree from Niagara University.

Through donation drives, community clean-ups, and other community service projects, iMDS strives to leave each place better than we found it and to give to those in need.
